Being stuck in freeze, functional freeze, or fight or flight isn’t a character flaw. It’s misalignment.
Without clarity, capacity and alignment between the mind, body and the environment, it can feel like swimming against the current to manage your roles and responsibilities and get to where you want to go.
This work goes far beyond traditional ADHD coaching.
Here’s the five dimensions HoloADHD works across:
1. BODY
CAPACITY
Nervous system support
Somatic practices
Stress release tools
Energy management
Hormone management
Gut-brain support
2. MIND
CODING
Rewiring beliefs
Identity transformation
Stopping saboteurs
Strengths optimization
Finding purpose
Values alignment
3. ENVIRONMENT
CONDITIONS
Sensory support

Zones + workflows
Systems: personal + biz

4. DIRECTION
CLEAR WAY FORWARD
Vision + goal setting
Prioritization support

5. ACTIVATION
CATALYSTS
Initiating + starting
Cultivating motivation
Celebrating progress
Finding the easy wins
Getting into flow state
Restarting made easy
Here’s how we get you started
1.Map your starting point
You get a deep-dive assessment across body, brain, and beyond — so you understand exactly where you’re losing capacity, where you still need clarity, and where to focus strengths and efforts
2. Regulate your nervous system
We co-create a plan to help you address any burnout, dysregulation and unmet core needs — because no strategy works well when stuck in survival mode
3. Set up your systems
We help you get external structures, spaces, zones, rituals and rhythms that reduce cognitive load, automate helpful behaviors, and make it easier to avoid distractions or easily restart after them
4. Embody and reconnect with direction and activation of highest self
Clarify what truly matters and aligns, and build the initiation pathways to sustainably keep moving toward it
5. Embed, edit and expand
Keep what works, adapt what doesn't — sustainably build a life that aligns to values, leverages strengths, and moves towards vision

THE CHALLENGE
Your challenges are different to medical textbooks, or of someone aged seven…
Blurred Boundaries:
Work, home, family - all competing. Mind never switching off of any.
Burnout Cycles & Irritability:
Overworking followed by crashes or flares. You push hard, then pay for it - including snapping at people you love.
Hyperfocus & Collapse:
Going all-in on one thing, while everything else quietly unravels.
Scattered and Foggy:
Focus, prioritizing, and follow-through all feel harder than they should be.
Stuck Before Even Start:
Resistance to beginning some tasks, even when the consequences are very real and very visible.
Avoidance or State of Freeze:
Perfectionism keeping you endlessly in research or edit mode, and not moving forward.
THE ANTIDOTE
When everything in life is so interconnected, solutions need to be integrated. Here’s why.
If your body is overloaded, mismanaged, or out of homeostasis - your ADHD nervous system prioritizes actions it thinks is aligned with meeting these ‘survival needs’, even if undesired, rather than mobilizing towards goals
If your priorities aren’t crystal clear or don’t deeply emotionally resonate, you go in circles, avoid them, or burnout, instead of creating momentum towards what’s most helpful
If you’re emotionally dysregulated - executive functions and higher thinking, like initiating, planning, and decision making, go offline, often entirely
If your surroundings or environment creates friction - your capacity gets depleted, sometimes before you even get started
If your identity conflicts with your vision - progress stops, as your nervous system mobilizes towards behaviors in line what belief is familiar not what’s desired
If your life systems don’t support easy maintenance - momentum collapses, as your nervous system is built to be energy efficient and go to what’s easy, not to what’s most sensible
ADHD LENS
Behaviors make perfect sense when you look at them through the lens of the ADHD nervous system.
We respond through the nervous system first, and in only milliseconds - compare that to conscious thought, which is derived in seconds. The ADHD nervous system is wired to…
Prioritize survival not flourishing or productivity
Be more sensitive to conditions and more responsive to environment
Move towards emotional relevance and meaning more than logical consequence
Therefore, matching intentions with actions requires:
Meeting the body’s unmet needs
Reshaping environment to how you best work
Actions you deeply connect with – through beliefs, interests, and urgency
MEET COACH AND FOUNDER
I spent years building customer propositions for complex, unsolved problems in the corporate world.
Later I got my ADHD diagnosis - and realized I'd been living one myself all along…
-
Plus, I’m someone who has lived every layer of this. Late diagnosis. Big dreams. A marriage and young kids. A business. Physical health issues. Cultivating a community thousands of miles from my hometown. A full, multifaceted life that needed a whole-life solution…
…Not just a solution that addresses only one or two pieces of the puzzle. Not something that tackled the surface-level challenges and missed the root-causes like a regulated nervous system. Not anything designed for children, or for people with one current focus, as opposed to those juggling multiple, competing priorities.
I wanted solutions that:Make me feel in control of ALL my priorities - things like my home, health, business, AND family life
Help me make progress on audacious goals without burning out
Has my environment and wiring working together, so follow-through stops feeling so hard
Helps me make sense of myself andthe way I work
Aren’t fragmented - as my life roles and responsibilities (mom, wife, business owner, friend etc) are so intertwined and are all important.
When I nerded out on my search for help, no existing ADHD solution fit the bill of what I was looking for, as they…Didn’t lead with the nervous system, even though it’s at the heart of ADHD.
Weren’t focused on your environment and systems - even though that’s what helps us juggle everything.
Didn’t offer full, integrated solutions - even though my different life areas are all so interconnected.
So I tirelessly began researching, studying A LOT, redesigning, building, and becoming a home for what others like me needed…
Some of what’s possible to unlock, together…
Sustainable momentum toward aligned goals
A fulfilling business that aligns with the life you’re building
Increased vitality, sustained energy, steadier nervous system
Clearer priorities & more confidence in decisions
Connected, cohesive home-life and relationships
Deeper self trust and identity transformation

If you're based in the US, possibly yes - and it's worth checking. ADHD coaching may qualify as a reimbursable medical expense under HSA and FSA rules when it's part of a treatment plan for a diagnosed condition. The key step is asking your doctor, psychiatrist, or diagnosing clinician for a Letter of Medical Necessity before we start working together. This letter, combined with detailed receipts from your sessions, gives you the strongest case for reimbursement.
Every plan is different, so confirm with your HSA or FSA administrator whether coaching is covered under your specific plan.
-
I can provide itemised receipts showing session dates, fees, and a description of the service. If your plan administrator needs anything specific — a particular format, additional detail — just let me know and I'll do my best to support you.
-
Yes, I accept card payments, which means if your plan allows direct payment (rather than reimbursement after the fact), you may be able to pay for sessions using your HSA or FSA card directly. Check with your plan administrator to confirm whether direct payment is permitted under your plan.
-
Yes.
I believe structured support should be sustainable — not another source of stress.
Payment plans and pay-what-you-can options are available for packages - we can discuss what makes sense for your situation during a discovery call.
Transparency matters here.
-
That’s usually because the system wasn’t designed for:
your nervous system state
your emotional drivers
your energy patterns
your real life load
This isn’t hacks.
It’s about regulating capacity first before support getting clarity - then building scaffolds and systems that fit your wiring.
-
No.
In fact, we start by reducing overload.
Regulation comes first.
Then clarity.
Then simple, sustainable structure. You won’t be handed a 27-step plan.
You’ll get targeted, layered shifts.
-
ADHD medication, whether it is a prescribed stimulant or non-stimulant, can make focus easier.
But ADHD is not a deficit in attention but a difference in regulation, which the medication doesn’t help with.
Most people with ADHD, especially those who are late diagnosed, still need the systems, structures, education, and skills development to make progress on their life goals.
-
Yes.
While many of my clients are late-diagnosed women, as much of the support out there misses their needs, the work is for all adults with ADHD or AuDHD who want integrated support.
-
To feel
increased clarity
reduced overwhelm
better regulation awareness
most clients need at least six sessions.
Deeper shifts in identity, systems, and sustainable capacity develop over months - not overnight.
This isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a sustainable reset -
If you are in burnout we slow down first.
If your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, your brain will:
struggle to prioritize
avoid tasks
feel foggy or wired
lose access to meaning
We don’t push productivity hard in that state.
We rebuild physiological capacity, reduce friction, and restore clarity.
Forward momentum without burnout is the goal.
Many ADHD and AuDHD adults also experience anxiety.
Often what gets labeled as “anxiety” is:
chronic nervous system activation
uncertainty intolerance
rejection sensitivity
cognitive overload
environmental misfit
We work with the body and these states - not just the thoughts to help you move forward.
We are not a substitute for medical care or medical advise.
-
This work is designed exactly for that. I believe in planning for real life, not ideal weeks, and in helping you build systems that adapt as your energy, health, or circumstances change.
Regulating the nervous system and working with integrative health and nutrition, also help you build on your average capacity.
